Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/350°F.
Place asparagus stalks in a sheet of foil. Sprinkle minced garlic over them, followed by a generous helping of squeezed lemon.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat and rest on side. Keep wrapped in foil until you are ready to serve.
