Mix the crust ingredients by creaming the sugar and butter.
Mix in the egg then the flour.
Mix in the cardamom and baking powder.
Spray the baking tray with cooking spray so that it doesn’t stick.
Roll out the dough, then spread it over the baking tray.
Bake the crust for about 10 minutes.
Then remove the crust and spread the berries.
Mix the sour cream, egg, cardamom, vanilla, and sugar and pour over the berries.
Bake for a further 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove and allow it to cool before serving. It is best served at room temperature.
