Preheat a pan or skillet over medium to high heat. Season tuna with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine cooked tuna, salad greens, edamame, cucumber, radishes, green onion, cilantro, and sesame seeds
Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately
