Ingredients

  • goat cheese solid or spreadable

Instructions

Solid Goat Cheese

  • Cut cheese into 1-inch cubes. Tightly wrap each cube in plastic wrap, ensuring there is no excess air. Place the wrapped cubes in a ziplock bag and mark or label with today’s date. Store for up to 6 months.

Spreadable Goat Cheese

  • Roll the cheese into balls, each about 1-inch in diameter
  • Wrap each ball in plastic wrap, removing any air bubbles. Place balls in a ziplock bag and mark with today’s date. Store for up to 6 months.

Thawing

  • When ready to use, remove the cheese from the freezer and place it in the refrigerator. Leave to thaw overnight.
